Nippo Flange is used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in a piping system. A Nipoflange is a single-piece forged component that combines a welding neck flange with a forged Nipolet. It is designed to provide a 90-degree branch connection in a pipeline. These components are available in carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and nickel alloy grades. Reinforced variants are used where additional mechanical strength is required. During installation, the Nipolet end is welded to the run pipe, and the flanged end is bolted to the branch connection. Flange design and dimensions can be provided as per specific project requirements.
