Austenitic Stainless Steel TP304L Seamless Pipes
ASTM A312 304L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is an austenitic stainless steel pipe intended for general corrosive service and elevated temperature applications. Welding is carried out without the use of filler metal. The pipe is produced with an outer diameter starting from 6.00 mm and sizes up to 24” NB. Larger sizes can be supplied on request. Wall thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 50 mm, with schedules such as SCH 5, SCH 80, SCH 160, SCH XS and others. The pipe is supplied with plain, threaded, or beveled ends as per requirement.
For protection during handling and transport, pipes are fitted with plastic end caps to minimize damage. Surface finishes include options such as polished, pickled, annealed, and bright annealed. Depending on application requirements, the pipes are supplied in various conditions including cold drawn and heat treated forms. Product forms include coiled tubes, oval tubes, flexible tubes, U-shaped hydraulic pipes, pancake coils, as well as round, square, and rectangular pipes. Lengths are available in single random and double random options.
Before dispatch, each pipe undergoes inspection and testing at certified mills, including both chemical and mechanical evaluation. After completion of these checks, ASTM A312 304L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is released for supply in accordance with specified requirements.
