Incoloy Alloy 825 Pipe Fittings

Incoloy 825 Pipe Fittings are manufactured from Alloy 825, which provides resistance to polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The material performs well in corrosive environments and is suitable for machining operations such as milling, grinding, and turning under controlled conditions. These fittings are commonly used in marine exhaust systems, piping, and process vessels. Their application range is comparable to Alloy 20 due to the high nickel content, which supports resistance to stress corrosion. The fittings can be produced through both hot and cold working, with hot working typically carried out between 870°C and 1180°C.

Finishing operations are generally performed in the temperature range of 870°C to 980°C. These pipe fittings can be used across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to approximately 2000°F. Incoloy 825 Pipes and Pipe Fittings are specified under ASTM B166 and ASME SB 166. End connections can be threaded, welded, or JIC. Pressure ratings include 1000 psi, 3000 psi, 7180 psi, and 10000 psi. Thread standards include NPT, BSPP, and BSPT. Available fitting types include back ferrule, front ferrule, male tee, female tee, street tee, and tube nut.

Equivalent grades for Incoloy 825 Pipe Fittings include WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4858, EN NiCr21Mo, XH38BT, AFNOR NFE 30C20DUM, BS NA 16, UNS N08825, and GOST ϶ᴨ703. Test certifications typically include manufacturer test certificates, raw material certificates, radiography reports, and standard documentation such as EN 10204 3.1 and NACE MR 01075 ferrite content verification, supplied as per customer requirements.

Incoloy 825 elbows, equal and reducing tees, stub ends, cross fittings, pipe end caps, eccentric and concentric reducers manufactured as per ASME B16.28, ASTM B366, ASME SB366, ANSI B16.9 and DIN 2.4858 specifications in UNS N08825 material.
