Scope

Manufacturing Process
Raw materials such as ingots, billets, plates, and coils are processed in basic oxygen, open-hearth, or electric furnaces combined with ladle refining. PSL 1 steel is killed and produced using fine grain practice, whereas coils or plates are used for PSL 2 pipes. The manufacturing process ensures that the pipes meet stringent material and mechanical specifications.
API 5L Grade B Pipe undergoes rigorous testing, including hydrostatic, bend, and flattening tests, conducted under the supervision of inspection agencies. Pipes are then packed in wooden cases or other suitable protective packaging to prevent rust and damage during storage and transportation.
